  • 4 exploration & evaluation sessions to support you in your focus and dedicated self-practice work.
  • 8 video’s with lifetime access, to assist you with self-practice work and understand the concepts we put into practice
  • 12 deep sessions to work 1 or 2 specific areas of life that you prioritise. Based on explorations about what exactly is going on for you and what would support you best to resolve, we work on 1 issue very in-depth in 12 sessions, or 2 areas of life of your choice, to work on them in 6 sessions each.*
  • A digital workbook – The self-practice and progress is supported by worksheets.
  • You get homework assignments of up to 15/20 minutes a day. You can miss it, but you will want to do this homework!

*We cannot guarantee any outcome, neither can a time frame be fixed. At times someone needs to work for a good amount of sessions before true relief is experienced. This does not mean they do not have any relief in between though. During the consultation call an indication may be given.
Most of the time, 6 sessions are enough per specific issue to resolve it or to have a noticeable and life changing effect.

  • You have clarity for yourself about what YOU find important and what you do not need to take as much tension about. Eg, as long as your kids eat healthy food, you can prioritize what your work asks of you.
  • You can talk more clearly in a way that your partner can understand. Especially about what you want of them. Their (imperfect) contribution and/or any other solutions that you come up with reduces the burden on your shoulders.

Frequently asked questions

I really need this program, but I am so busy. Will I be able to do this side by side?

I cannot know your schedule, and availability. If this program is important to you, you will undoubtedly find the time. Sessions can be scheduled as per your convenience, and as per my availability. Especially the ‘Getting down to the work’ sessions need to be scheduled such that you have sufficient rest available to you afterwards. Video content remains available to you, but it is advisable to watch it in the gap weeks, and do the matching homework.

I have no experience with coaching or therapy, is this also for me?

Of course! This program works when you have done prior work, courses, sessions or had loads of inner growth experience, and also when you have primarily your own life experience to your disposal.

I am a bit scared about ‘homework assignments’. It sounds like a lot of work. What do they entail?

To create lasting change for yourself, it helps to repeat and engage with your mental and emotional state regularly. This program encourages you to spend some time every day growing your awareness in the beginning, and taking charge of emptying your daily cup (of stress) later on. This may mean between 10 and 30 minutes a day, which depends a bit on your needs and what you are able and willing to put in.
The more you do, the more you will benefit also after the program from the work you put in. E.g., if you try to continue the work on your own if you didn’t practice during the program, will be quite hard.

I would like to do this program online entirely, is that possible?

Yes, the program is setup to be able to do it entirely online. If you live in or near Eindhoven (Netherlands), in-person sessions can be arranged.

How can I know that I will be doing better after doing this? I do not have a great experience with other programs. They promised a lot and did not give me the results.

There is no program that can guarantee an outcome. However, 90% of the people I worked with the changes were roughly the change that they hoped for after discussing the scope and possibilities with me. Often they got more, because a change like this never shows it’s magic in only 1 area of life.

Of course, if after we start, you feel this work is not a match for you, or I am not, and you let me know early, we will make an arrangement to return the remaining payment. I am here to support you, so in that case I will gladly help you forward to where you do need to be.

Is this therapy?

I use a combination of coaching and therapy. I am registered as both coach and therapist, and I find that a combination of these can work well. 

How this works is: we will explore what really happens in some life situations. Once we have an idea of what happens, there is a possibility to practice alternative ways of handling the situation. And we will do some therapy work on areas where you feel stuck.

Roughly you can see it as – therapy work is helping to reduce unhelpful emotional responses more permanently – e.g. you notice you have an annoyingly irritated response that completely throws you off for the rest of the morning, when a loved one leaves their wet towel laying on the bed.

Coaching is more future and action oriented, and trains you like going to the gym. You train to pickup certain habits, and it requires sustained implementation to retain the benefits.

Eg, building check-in moments with yourself, to notice how you feel and what you need for yourself to resolve that (or amplify it – it can also be a very happy thing that could be made use of even more!).
